• Starting the Game
  • Select the PLAY button near the bottom of the welcome screen to start the game.
• Game Controls
  • Desktop
    • Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to choose which direction tiles will slide.
  • Touchscreen devices
    • Tap the screen with a finger and slide your finger in the direction you would like to move or slide tiles.
  • Controls & indicators
    • The upper left corner has buttons for grid size select and how to play instructions.
    • The upper right corner has a sound control button.
    • Underneath the top control buttons the game shows your current score and your best game score.
    • The lower left corner has a move undo button.
    • The lower right corner has a level restart button.

  • Basics
    • This game operates like any ordinary 2048 game with a few exceptions:
      • You can select between 6 different board sizes (4×4, 4×8, 5×5, 6×6, 7×7, 8×8). Larger boards give you more room to merge tiles around, thus making the game easier.
      • There is no 8 tile (4 merges to 16). This means the game is technically 1024 rather than 2048.
      • The only tile that fills into the game is the 2 tile (whereas some other games merge in tiles of higher values periodically).
    • This game does not allow further merging beyond
  • Tips
    • When there are more than 2 identical adjacent stones and you merge the stones merge in the direction you are moving with the furthest along location merging first.
    • Stones move in whatever direction you select until either they run into another stone or run into the boundary of the board.
    • Try to keep the tiles oriented toward one corner primarily (like the lower left) and then only deviate from that when you have good reason to do so.
